Shipping, Delivery & Returns Information
Processing and Dispatch of your order
We offer delivery worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders within two business days of receipt. Note orders received on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. From time-to-time delays to processing may occur due to staff sickness or holidays, and in these instances we will post notices on the website whenever possible. Should delays to processing your order occur for any reason we will inform you as soon as possible via email.
Any shipping times are estimated and applicable from the date of dispatch. These are based on average shipping times according to the service and shipping provider selected, and cannot be guaranteed. The table below shows Royal Mail estimated shipping times for each zone:
UK: 1-2 business days
EU: 3-5 business days
ROW: 6-7 business days
As stated above, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping costs will be shown during checkout, prior to final payment. Where different service options are available, the cheapest service will be selected by default.
You will receive a confirmation of your order via email, and a further email once your order is on it’s way. If you can’t find these emails, please check your spam or junk folders.
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable for any reason we will notify you with the option to wait for stock to become available, or to receive a full refund for the total amount of your order and using your original payment method.

Shipping charges will be shown at the checkout page. Costs are based on your order weight, chosen method of delivery and your location.
Import duties and Taxes
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. Destinations outside the UK may be applicable for local duties, fees and import taxes as determined by your local customs authority. These fees are not collected by Journalise and are the responsibility of the customer. These must be paid to your local courier service or government agency in order to receive your goods.
Journalise is not responsible for any orders lost due to being sent to an incorrect address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have entered the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. If you have made a mistake please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the order information and correct details. We will do our best to help, but please be aware that this may not always be possible if your order has already been processed and shipped.
Cancellations and Returns
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of personalised goods as mentioned below). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
Should you wish to cancel or return your order, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com with full details of your order (include your order number as a minimum) and whether you prefer an exchange or refund. If goods have not already been dispatched then we shall process your request immediately. If goods have already been dispatched, then we will process your request upon receipt of the returned goods according to the notes below.
You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our returns address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you, and you must send the goods back to us at our returns address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Full details for return will be provided following your request to cancel/return via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Products should be returned to us in their original condition and with all original packaging.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling or returning your contract, and we have received the goods back, we will process your exchange or refund as requested. Any refund will be issued to the original payment method only and within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods.
We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using the goods prior to cancellation).If your order has arrived damaged, we apologise for any inconvenience. Please email email@example.com within two business days of receipt, including details and photo(s) or any damage. We will respond to discuss your preferred resolution of the issue as soon as possible.
